Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 25-28 30th Drive in Astoria, Queens. Located between Crescent Street and 29th Street, the interior lot is three blocks from the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Salvatore Lucchese and Philip Loria with The L Group are the developers responsible for the project.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 43,747 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 18 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 2,430 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 38-foot-long rear yard, and seven enclosed parking spaces.

Gerald J. Caliendo Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. I want to have many questions, but right now I can’t think of anything. You have all the details, therefore I don’t need to add more: Thank you.

Will this project be more than one property? The math doesn’t work out for a single lot with 7 floors.
Damn shame to lose a serene little building like this. The pile to the left is all too typical of what Astoria gets assaulted with.
