Located between Adee Avenue and Burke Avenue, the interior lots are four blocks east of the Burke Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Mario Gjonaj under the 3034 Barnes LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 37-foot-tall development at 3034 Barnes Avenue will yield 7,806 square feet, with 7,020 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 702 square feet. 3036 Barnes Avenue, at 38 feet tall, will comprise 6,756 square feet, with 5,894 square feet of residential space. The structure will have eight residences, with an average unit size of 736 square feet each. The masonry-based structures will also have cellars and 35-foot-long rear yards.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
