Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 1041 Ogden Avenue in Highbridge, The Bronx. Located between West 164th Street and West 165th Street, the interior lot is closest to the 167th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Kyle Ng under the Ogden Avenue Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 13,750 square feet, with 7,847 square feet designated for residential space, 1,979 square feet for commercial space, and 1,076 square feet for community facility space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 871 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
Suresh Manchanda of L&C Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in March 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
