Leasing has officially begun for DVORA 175, a 14-story rental building in downtown Jersey City. The new property is located at 175 Second Street at the verge of Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District, Hudson Exchanges, and The Waterfront neighborhoods.
DVORA 175 is the latest residential project from Shuster Development.
Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects, the building’s façade is comprised of white brick, dark gray zinc, and white Alucobond arranged in alternating fins and panels. Within, the building offers a collection of 148 apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom layouts, many of which include a private balcony or terrace. Each apartment is outfitted with appliances, seven-inch wood plank floors, in-unit washer/dryer systems, custom countertops, and energy-efficient thermostats.
Residents will also have access to a mix of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. This includes a rooftop pool deck with private cabanas, barbecues, outdoor showers, and manicured green space. Indoor amenity offerings include a fitness center, coworking spaces, a street-level café, and an enclosed parking lot with Tesla and DC Superchargers and an electric vehicle car sharing service.
Opening monthly rents start at $2,995. Initial occupancy is expected to begin this month.

This looks nice. I still think the clock idea is kind of weird. It probably won’t make the final outcome anyway.
The clock made it.
