Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2586 Bainbridge Avenue in Fordham Manor, The Bronx. Located at the intersection of East 193rd Street and Bainbridge Avenue, the corner lot is within walking distance of the Kingsbridge Road subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Bernard Bauer under the Bridgemarion LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 29,300 square feet, with 22,192 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 32 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 693 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have 16 enclosed parking spaces.
Ralph Kowalczyk of Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
