Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 91 De Sales Place in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Evergreens Cemetery and Bushwick Avenue, the interior lot is one block north of the Bushwick Avenue-Aberdeen Street subway station, serviced by the L train. Yuda Furth is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 7,193 square feet, with 6,622 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 10 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 662 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
BTE Design Services is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
