The affordable housing lottery has launched for 445 Vanderbilt Avenue, a five-story residential building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Loketch Group, the 44,875-square-foot structure yields 43 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 13 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $83,349 to $167,570.

Amenities include a garage with electric car charging stations, bike storage lockers, common area wifi, a gym, and a landscaped rooftop terrace. Residences have air conditioning, name brand appliances and finishes, dishwashers, washers and dryers, and intercom devices.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three studios with a $2,431 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $83,349 to $124,150; seven one-bedrooms with a $2,592 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $88,869 to $139,620; and three two-bedrooms with a $3,090 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $105,943 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 10, 2021.

We are both veterans but I agree with some people who say you keep listing a Affordable apartments and they’re really expensive That’s not considered To be true
I feel the same as Damned. All these so-called affordable apartments are laughable. They must stop listing new developments under the label

Just horrible affordable for who we were raised in these communities our children raising their children in these neighborhoods & you list them as affordable for who the rich , struggles are real as I know u are well aware of & with COV-19, we are struggling to keep our heads above water we need real affordable housing with 0 to 30,000 income range ,I’m not saying all the properties but at least give us a chance
