Hollien Architects and developed by South Side Units, the building yields 25,880 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $65,143 to $167,570.

Amenities include assigned parking spaces, virtual doorman, gym, spa, yoga and dance studio, shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, bike storage lockers, recreation room, package lockers, and a rooftop terrace. Residences have air conditioning, dishwashers, name-brand kitchen appliances and finishes, and hardwood floors.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,900 for incomes ranging from $65,143 to $139,620; and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,200 for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $167,570.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than July 22, 2021.
