Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 11-32 31st Drive in Astoria, Queens. Located between 12th Street and Vernon Boulevard, the 7,039-square-foot lot is equal distance from the 30th Avenue and Broadway subway stations, both serviced by the N and W trains. Aleksandr Finkelshteyn is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 24,279 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 35 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 693 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard, eight open parking space, and five enclosed parking spaces.

Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
