Construction has officially reached completion on a six-story condominium building at 81 McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Sales launched this past spring for the ground-up development with eight units, which is now over 60 percent sold. Only three residences remain, a two-bedroom penthouse duplex with private rooftop terrace and two two-bedroom units, with prices starting at $1.349M. 81 McGuinness is designed by Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects and developed by Wayne Moy under the 81 McGuinness LLC, with The InHouse Group handling sales.
“81 McGuinness signifies a very special offering in today’s market as it aptly reflects what buyers today are demanding most: more space, both indoors and out,” said Robert Earl, co-founder of The InHouse Group, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the development. “Preferences have shifted over the past year and a half due to the pandemic, and as the development progressed, we saw a real opportunity to buck the trend and reduce the total residence count to create larger spaces that feel like true homes. This has proven to resonate with a wide range of individuals currently on the hunt for a home in the city.”
Units range from a duplex studio to two-bedroom penthouses, and span 530 to 1,260 square feet. Residences feature large floor-through layouts, private outdoor space, floor-to-ceiling windows, and keyed elevator entry on floors two through five. Finishes include rain shower heads, heated flooring, and backlit mirrors in the bathrooms, and custom cabinets, large counter spaces, and Bosch and Fisher & Paykel appliances in the kitchens. Residents will also have access to a communal roof deck with views of Manhattan and New York City.

Really nice design and interiors. Would be nice to have seen the street entry too.
I agree.
More space ? The bed in the second bedroom photo here takes up so much space, you can barely walk around it.
I would like to take a look
