Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 2769 Creston Avenue in Jerome Park, Bronx. Located between East 196th and East 198th Streets, the interior lot is two blocks from the Kingsbridge Avenue subway station, serviced by the B train. A partnership with Rajive Maret is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 26,800 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 44 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 609 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long side yard, but no accessory parking.
Badaly Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in 2019 for the two-story building on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
