Designed by Design Studio Associates NY and developed by Ali Rashid, the structure yields seven residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $64,286 to $139,620.
Units come with name-brand appliances and finishes, dishwashers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, washers and dryers, and either a patio or balcony. Amenities include virtual doorman, intercoms, and high-speed internet. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,875 for incomes ranging from $64,286 to $139,620.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than November 5, 2021.
