In an exclusive reveal, new renderings offer a first look at the crowning penthouse unit atop 2505 Broadway, a 19-story condominium property on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by ODA Architecture for Adam America Real Estate, the 75,000-square-foot structure houses 41 residences that range from one- to four-bedroom accommodations. Many of the units include private outdoor space. The development is located between 93rd and 94th Streets.
Penthouse A comprises over 4,100 square feet and occupies the building’s entire top floor. The space includes four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private roof terrace, plus two additional private terraces. In total, the unit’s outdoor area spans over 1,500 square feet. The penthouse also offers a powder room, a fireplace, custom accent walls, a laundry room, and designer fixtures, flooring, and countertops throughout.
The building’s amenity spaces include a 1,500-square-foot landscaped rooftop with two outdoor kitchens and separate courtyard terraces, a communal lounge, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a multipurpose sports court, a screening room, a pet spa, and 24-hour concierge service.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, led by Ariel Tirosh, is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for 2505 Broadway. Penthouse A is currently listed at $14 million. Penthouse B, offering three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sold earlier this year for $5.05 million. The third and smallest penthouse, a two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, is also available for $3.65 million.

Permanent private residence, of course; its comfort and happiness are needed. As for the price, it is available to choose. According to the purchasing power of each person: Thank you.
Really nice building. ODA is doing some great work. The anti-Gene Kaufmann.
Inching north, but still no luxury housing north of W 96th Street.
there is the Ariel East and West at 99th street, and three buildings near and around Columbia that are in the luxury category, as well as many prewar buildings along RSD, WEA and CPW that fit the bill. your comment is irrelevant.
“there are…..”
Wow!
