Construction is now topped out on 208 Delancey Street, a 12-story condominium building on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Designed by ODA New York and developed by New Empire Corporation, the 85,000-square-foot structure will yield 85 units at the corner of Pitt and Delancey Streets.
The building’s most premium residences are perched above a six-story podium and incorporate a gently curved massing with large recessed terraces. Available condominiums range from studios to three-bedroom floor plans and are listed exclusively by the Compass sales and marketing team. Current pricing ranges from $625,000 to $2.65 million for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse unit. ASH NYC has curated and staged a pair of model homes to entice buyers.

The building’s amenity package will include a landscaped courtyard and lounge area, an indoor lounge, a fitness center, bike storage, pet grooming stations, and a second communal outdoor space on the roof with barbecue grills, dining area, and a fireplace. Residents will also have access to dedicated parking and storage for an additional fee.
The project team has not confirmed when occupancy is scheduled to begin.

going to sit like a sore thumb for a few years until the rest of the hood catches up….that is a very pre-war set of blocks, leading up to Gompers houses. but great place to live and play for those who are fortunate to own or rent here.
Looks like a Grand Central-area 70s office building. Meh.
Fine addition to the built environment but given that construction has topped out, why only renderings and no actual photos? Strange.
Please do a follow up on all of these buildings that are putting all these trees and plants on them in like 2 years from now to see if they actually look beautiful is this supposed to
