Designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and developed by Lonicera Partners, the structure yields 160 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 48 units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $55,715 to $167,570.

Residents will have access to two floors of amenity spaces including a sky lounge, speakeasy, entertainment center, dining room, co-working and meeting spaces, fitness center and yoga studio, and a rooftop terrace with grills, lounge chairs, and sweeping vistas. Units include name-brand appliances and modern finishes, smart controls for heating and cooling, dishwashers, washers and dryers, and patios or balconies. Rent includes heating and tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are seven one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,542 for incomes ranging from $55,715 to $85,920 and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,862 for incomes ranging from $67,578 to $103,120.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 34 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,689 for incomes ranging from $92,195 to $139,620 and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,219 for incomes ranging from $110,366 to $167,570.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than April 1, 2022.

Right after dinner people you have to go to housing connect to put in an application for the lottery Apartments. They do not send you the application online or in the mail unless it says.
