Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 2077 Ryer Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx. Located at the corner of East 180th Street and Ryer Avenue, the lot is three blocks south of the 182-183 Streets subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Yitzchak Joseph of Real Land Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 39,274 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 71 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 553 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a basement but no accessory parking.
Demolition permits were filed in March for the three-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
