Crossings at Raritan Station, a 276-unit rental property in Raritan, New Jersey, is now 100 percent leased. The property is located at 59 2nd Avenue, just one block away from New Jersey Transit’s Raritan train station, and was marketed as a rental community for the modern commuter.
Developed by Accurate Builders & Developers, the complex comprises a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom homes, all with nine-foot ceiling spans, hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryers, and a gas range. Select residences also include a private balcony.
The amenity collection includes a lobby café, a fitness center, Amazon package lockers, on-site parking, bike storage, and multiple landscaped outdoor spaces with ample seating, barbecue grills, fire pits, and more. Residents will also have access to a basketball court, a tennis court, and a dog park.
“Our vision for Crossings at Raritan Station was of a community that offers residents a well-balanced lifestyle with stylish living spaces, thoughtfully designed amenities, and a convenient, suburban location, and that’s exactly what we delivered,” said Jack Klugmann, president and CEO of Accurate Builders & Developers. “We’re proud that this community will continue to be an important asset for the borough of Raritan for years to come.”
The building is designed by architect Devereaux and Associates. Accurate Builders & Developers also tapped The Marketing Directors as the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for the property.
