Designed by Diego Aguilera Architects and developed by Shulem Jacobs of YME Construction, the structure yields nine residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $156,130.

Residents will have access to a shared laundry room, outdoor areas, and package lockers. Units come equipped with air conditioning, dishwashers, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $2,200 for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $138,840 and two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,400 for incomes ranging from $82,286 to $156,130.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 29, 2022.
