Construction is now complete on Twenty Five Maple, a seven-story mixed-use property at 25 Maple Avenue in downtown New Rochelle. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed by WBP Development and LMXD, an affiliate of L+M Development Partners, the 275,000-square-foot building comprises 184 rental units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, 1,900 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and a 115,000-square-foot parking structure.
Each home features solar window shades, oak flooring, in-home washer/dryers, and keyless entries. The most premium units also feature a private terrace or balcony.
Rooftop amenity spaces include a fitness center with an attached outdoor terrace, a resident lounge with a bar and entertainment spaces, a game room, a business center, a dog run, and co-working space. Tenants also have access to additional lounge areas and co-working spaces, a package room, and a parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations and bike storage.
“With Twenty Five Maple, we intend to continue the leasing successes that we’ve enjoyed in downtown New Rochelle, which is experiencing a renaissance in first-class urban living,” said James Wendling, COO of WBP Development.
Leasing is currently underway with monthly rents beginning at $1,905 for a studio unit.
