THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING AND ONLY AFFORDABLE TO UPPER INCOME PEOPLE, NOT LOW INCOME.
THIS IS A JOKE AND A TAXPAYER SUBSIDY TO MILLIONAIRE DEVELOPERS.
421A IS DEAD SO THIS WILL END

If you made $187K and only paid $2675/mo., that would only be 17.1% of your income, which would indeed be affordable… Mine percentage is much closer to 30%…. It’s all relative!
“My” percentage…
relative to what? You’re trying to defend this taxpayer subsidy to rich developers?
THESE ARE INCONE LINKED UNITS , NOT AFFORDABLE TO ANYONE BUT UPPER INCOME PEOPLE
