    THIS IS A SAD JOKE.
STOP CALLING THIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THIS IS INCOME LINKED HOUSING UPPER INCOME PEOPLE , NOT THE LOW INCOME PEOPLE OF NYC.
WE ARE IN A HOUSING CRISIS FOR LOW AND MIDDLE INCOME NYERS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY OFFER.
THIS IS A TAXPAYER SUBSIDY FOR MILLIONAIRE DEVELOPERS
    421A IS DEAD.

  3. they offer 4 units of income linked housing for upper income people and they got taxpayer subsidies under the now dead 421A program?

You can’t expect to be living in these places when you’re LOW INCOME !! There are people that are working 50-60 hrs a week and earn such income and deserve to live there. Go and apply for CITY HOUSING.
