The affordable housing lottery has launched for 7910 4th Avenue, a six-story residential building in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Developed by MingJi Ave4 Realty, LLC, the structure yields 15 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $99,738 to $238,160.
Amenities include an elevator. Residences are equipped with air conditioning, smart controls for heating and cooling, intercoms, energy-efficient appliances, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,650 for incomes ranging from $99,738 to $238,160.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 31, 2026.
