WBP Development and LMXD, an affiliate of L+M Development Partners, are celebrating a big win for their latest high-rise residential project in New Rochelle. Stella, located at 10 LeCount Place and designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, was named Best Luxury Multifamily Development as part of the Westchester Home Builders Awards program. The program is run by Westchester Magazine and recognizes superlative residential developments in Westchester County.

The 28-story tower opened in 2022 and comprises 380 apartments. Layouts range from studios up to two-bedroom floor plans. Tenant amenities include an outdoor roof deck with a pool, barbecue grills, dining tables, lounge chairs, and a rooftop bar with a pool table. There’s also a chef demonstration kitchen, a garden room, a children’s playroom, a pet spa and designated play area, and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center. Additional services include a coworking lounge, bicycle storage, an on-site covered parking garage, and a lobby-level coffee shop.
