Residences come with in-unit washer and dryers and storage. Amenities include gym and rooftop terrace. Tenants are responsible for electricity with electric stove and heat. Rent includes gas and hot water.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $1,513 for incomes ranging from $55,269 to $85,440; two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,613 for incomes ranging from $59,143 to $96,080; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,921 for incomes ranging from $70,698 to $115,280.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 9, 2023.
