Lizabeta Tisnovsky under the 4684 Bedford LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 81-foot-tall development will yield 18,605 square feet designated for community facility space to be used for a school. The concrete-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard.
RSLN Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in December 2022. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

81 feet is pretty low for an eight-story school.
Oompa Loompa…
They are not building a school there anymore, but instead residential building while all the papers there show that they are building a school. That is a very big lie. All the parents thought that they were building a school….They are affecting hundreds of children that play in that outdoor space. Not even it is not safe because things can fall and kill the child, but children have to breath that air with dust from construction. I don’t know how in the world they got a permit to build it on top of schools playground and blocking all the sun light for all the kids.
Whoever provided them that permit, need to go to jail. Law suit is pending for them and complains are coming in from parents who were never informed that their kids will be playing next to construction of the building for entire year which can cause serious health problems. It is terrible those corrupt crooks allowed this to happened. They are trying to hide all the information too ,and didn’t informed a single parent.
This is not correct as they are building the apartment complex and endangering the health of our kids. Please update it asap. “The proposed 81-foot-tall development will yield 18,605 square feet designated for community facility space to be used for a school”
