Located on the northwest corner of Lexington Avenue and East 29th Street, the lot is near the 28th Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Idan Magen is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 91-foot-tall development will yield 15,433 square feet, with 14,569 square feet designated for residential space, 721 square feet for commercial space, and 141 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,214 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

This short stretch of Lexington Ave is a hot spot for new construction–e.g. there’s also the demolished lots at 120-124 (NW corner at E 28th) and whatever is planned for the site of the First Moravian Church (SW corner at E 30th).
