New renderings have been revealed for Arris Grand, a nine-story boutique residential building under construction at 445 Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects, the new development will house 113 market-rate and affordable rental residences when complete.

The exterior of Arris Grand has a modern masonry façade with floor-to-ceiling arched windows. Inside is a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms with two bathrooms, and an expansive amenity package.

The penthouse-level resident’s lounge features a media area and a private party room with a full kitchen and a rooftop patio. Other amenities included an attended lobby with with a package room, a fitness center, pet spa, on-site parking with electric vehicle charging stations and bike storage, craft lab art studio, work lounge, media lounge, billiard gaming lounge, a shared laundry room, a rooftop dog run, and a rooftop terrace with barbecue stations, dining areas, and lounge seating.

Units come with open plan layouts, rounded floor-to-ceiling windows, complimentary window treatments, oak hardwood flooring, and Bosch stackable washers and dryers.

Pricing for studios starting at $3,045, for one-bedrooms at $3,275, and for two-bedrooms at $4,895. Corcoran New Development is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent. Move-ins are expected to begin in early fall 2023.

    Kind of weird with that random curved window arch fixation, but not bad all around.

  3. AFFORDABLE, this is how they choose to fix the so called affordable housing crisis, by choosing not to fix it, they might as well say 113 market rate and more market units affordable to market rate earners

  4. This is a joke to call this affordable,
    it’s fixed income housing for high income people only
