Permits have been filed to expand a three-story structure into a four-story residential building at 463 Dekalb Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Dekalb Avenue and Kent Avenue, the corner lot is one block from the Classon Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Yosef Eliav is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 44-foot-tall development will yield 6,527 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 652 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a penthouse.

Leandro Nils Dickson Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the permit calls for a vertical and horizontal expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
