Permits have been filed for a 12-story residential building at 340 Lenox Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between New York and Nostrand Avenues, the lot is three blocks from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Joseph Roubeni of Lenox Investors LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 125-foot-tall development will yield 31,373 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 46 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have an 88-foot-long rear yard, ten open parking spaces, and four enclosed parking spaces.
AB Architekten is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Great in-fill development. Much better than the single-family house that was previously on this lot.
