Amenities include a garage, bike storage, gym, and a shared laundry room. Units come equipped with name-brand kitchen appliances, charging outlets with USB ports, hardwood floors, air conditioning, and dishwashers. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes stove, hot water, and heat.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,739 for incomes ranging from $93,909 to $165,230.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 2, 2024.
