Permits have been filed for a 13-story mixed-use building at 101 East 122nd Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Located between Park and Lexington Avenues, the lot is three blocks south of the 125th Street subway station, serviced by the 4, 5, and 6 trains. New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 124-foot-tall development will yield 45,778 square feet, with 35,442 square feet designated for residential space and 10,336 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 47 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 754 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.
