Foundation work is nearing completion for The Josephine, a four-story residential building at 343 Menahan Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by Aaron Yassin in collaboration with architect Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture + Design and developed by Hive Developers, the structure will yield ten condominium units in large one-bedroom, compact two-bedroom, duplex two-bedroom, and three-bedroom duplex layouts with private terraces. Tal Bloch and Empire Builders are working collaboratively as general contractors for the project, which is located between Wyckoff Avenue and Irving Avenue.

The renderings shows the façade composed of light beige brick framing a grid of floor-to-ceiling windows, with a stack of large balconies lined with glass railings with curved corners. The building will also feature a shared backyard with bike storage and expansive roof deck, and is planned to be fully electric.

The Josephine is located three blocks from the L and M trains at the Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues subway station. Sales for The Josephine will be handled by the Bethony/Shen-BeSpoke team at Nestseekers International, with showings expected to start in October of this year. Construction is planned to conclude in December 2024.

The balcony is an important part of the city view, or if you don’t have a balcony; you must have a window: Thanks.
