Ginsburg Development Corporation and RM Friedland have announced nine new leases at 50 Main Street, a 15-story Class A office building at City Square in White Plains. 50 Main Street is one of two buildings within the broader City Square complex, which features amenities including a two-acre private park and fitness center.
The new tenants cover a wide range of industries, including construction, investment management, and law, and total 40,000 square feet within the 300,806-square-foot property.

50 Main Street recently underwent a major renovation and offers amenities including a private dining and conference room, a lecture hall, and an executive board room. The property is located within walking distance of the Harlem Line train at the White Plains station.

The new tenants are Consigli Construction, Panco Operations, 7B Ventures LLC, Causeway Collaborative, Tulane Investment Fund, Cast Iron Media, Kipnes Crowley Group, LLC, Welby, and Brady & Greenblatt.
