Permits have been filed for a seven-story commercial building at 29 Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between North 13th and North 14th Streets, the lot is closest to the Bedford Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Michael Weitzman of Spearhead Contracting LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 78-foot-tall development will yield 38,813 square feet for office space. The building will have three rooftop terraces. The concrete-based structure will also have one commercial loading berth and 130 enclosed parking spaces.
Archimaera Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Is 130 a typo? I hope so.
Probably true unfortunately. It didn’t mention commercial in the cellar because that’s probably where they’re sticking the parking lot.
Odd to be constructing office space here… there is a brand new building around the corner that’s still empty as well as the other large building with the big atrium that looks like it has quite a few vacancies as well. This area is also far from transit – both the G and L.
