Designed by NDKazalas Architecture and developed by Ilir Cupi under the Everest 2309 Broadway LLC, the structure yields ten residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $77,143 to $218,010.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike storage lockers, package lockers, gym, and outdoor terraces including a rooftop terrace. Residences come equipped with washers and dryers, hardwood floors, intercoms, smart controls for heating and cooling, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,250 for incomes ranging from $77,143 to $181,740, and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,140 for incomes ranging from $107,658 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 20, 2024.
