The affordable housing lottery has launched for One Domino Square, a residential complex with 57- and 39-story towers at 346 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Selldorf Architects and developed by Two Trees, the structures yield 600 units with both condominium and rental apartments. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 120 units for residents at 125 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $100,012 to $240,750.

Amenities include pet-friend policies, fitness center, residential lounge, outdoor lounge pool and sundeck, indoor pool, bike storage, and children’s playroom. Residences come with washers and dryers, floor-to-ceiling windows, track lighting, and solar blackout shades. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 125 percent of the AMI, there are 23 studios with a monthly rent of $2,832 for incomes ranging from $100,012 to $155,375; 40 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,030 for incomes ranging from $107,212 to $174,750; 25 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,623 for incomes ranging from $128,606 to $209,625; and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,173 for incomes ranging from $148,526 to $240,750.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are seven studios with a monthly rent of $3,447 for incomes ranging from $118,183 to $161,590; 14 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,689 for incomes ranging from $126,480 to $181,740; and eight two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,415 for incomes ranging from $151,372 to $218,010.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than December 10, 2024.

  2. Oh my. That indoor pool is positively ghastly…its giving hilton on the side of the highway mixed with rainforest cafe. Awful.

    • LOL I think it needs some bronze alligators lounging around the sides. That said, I would love to have a pool pass.
