111 Cliffwood Avenue: Applications have been filed for two-story, single-family estate measuring 15,852 square feet at 111 Cliffwood Avenue, in Todt Hill. J Constantin Architecture is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2013.
18 Colon Street: Applications were filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,400 square feet at 18 Colon Street, in northern Prince’s Bay. An existing 1.5-story abode must first be demolished.
