Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2731 Albemarle Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, the lot is near the Beverly Road subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Morris Lzakaria of Pitkin Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,954 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Bahram Tehrani of Best Engineering Technology Design is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
