The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission is set to review a proposal for renovations to 27-29 Great Jones Street in NoHo, Manhattan. The application, submitted by Atelier García, aims to replace the building’s existing storefronts and enhance the ground-level façade. The property is located between Bowery and Lafayette Street.
The proposed work involves removing the existing deteriorated storefronts, which suffer from issues such as broken glass, rust, and graffiti. The new design includes aluminum-framed storefronts with back-painted glass panels, and new cast iron pilasters. The project plans to retain and restore as many original elements as possible, including the vertical air curtain and existing banners.
Constructed in 1900, 27-29 Great Jones Street is a six-story building that features a cast iron façade typical of the era. Over time, the structure has undergone various modifications, including most notably its conversion into a condominium building in 1999.
The closest subways from 27-29 Great Jones Street are the B, D, F, M, R, W, and 6 trains.

The original structure already has its charm, so there are only deteriorated parts that need to be removed: Thanks.
Looks good to me.
