Exterior work is progressing on 310 North 7th Street, an eight-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Diego Aguilera Architects P.C. for Yisroel Greenfeld, the 85-foot-tall structure will span 13,784 square feet and yield 20 rental units with an average scope of 672 square feet. The building will also contain 340 square feet of commercial space and ten enclosed parking spaces. The property is bound by North 6th and 7th Streets directly west of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.

The reinforced concrete superstructure stands built to its pinnacle and covered in an assembly of scaffolding and blue netting. The lower half of the building is already clad in white façade paneling around the window voids, while yellow insulation boards remain exposed on the upper levels. Window installation has yet to begin.

The property was formerly occupied by a one-story brick structure and an adjacent yard with large trees, as seen in the below Google Street View image from November 2020. The developer acquired the lot for $9.5 million.

The nearest subways from the development are the G train at the Metropolitan Avenue station and the L train at the Lorimer Street station.

No finalized renderings, list of residential amenities, or construction timeline has been released. YIMBY expects work to conclude around the end of the year or in early 2026.

It’s surprising it only has 20 units.

  2. Love that blue netting, it should stay.
