Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 218 East 56th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Snyder Avenue and Church Avenue, the lot is closest to the Church Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Ren Zi Zhang of NYZ Living LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 10,062 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 15 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 670 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
S M Tam Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
