Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 292 East 51st Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Linden Boulevard and Lenox Road, the lot is near the Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road subway station, served by the 3 train. Shlomo Kubitshuk of Royale Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 44-foot-tall development will yield 11,491 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 17 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Timothy D. Rote of Trend New York Architecture is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in July for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
