Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 1144 39th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Located between 12th Avenue and Fort Hamilton Parkway, the lot is near the Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, served by the D train. Mikel Jeremias is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 15,028 square feet, with 11,419 square feet designated for residential space and 3,609 square feet for community facility space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,141 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 21-foot-long rear yard.
Eliyohu Schneider of Mey Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
