Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 125 Ditmas Avenue in Kensington, Brooklyn. Located between East 2nd Street and McDonald Street, the lot is one block from the Ditmas Avenue subway station, served by the F train. Samuel Klein is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 25,497 square feet, with 15,629 square feet designated for commercial space and 9,868 square feet for community facility space. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and two enclosed parking spaces.
