Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 99-26 39th Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between 99th Street and 103rd Street, the lot is near the 103 St–Corona Plaza subway station, served by the 7 train. Melquiades Diaz Idrovo is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 3,370 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have five residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Chiwa Yeung of A&S Design Collaborative is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in October for the two-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

While neighborhood boundaries are not always so clear in Queens, this would be considered Corona rather than Flushing. The frequent din of the #7 train dominates the area.
