Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 7924 13th Avenue in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. Also addressed as 1283 80th Street, the corner lot is closest to the 79th Street subway station, served by the D train. Andrezej Soltys of Sapol Construction LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 24,975 square feet, with 19,970 square feet designated for residential space and 5,005 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 22 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 907 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 35-foot-long side yard, and 10 open parking spaces.

Harry Simino of Simino Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in December for the residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

This is a disgrace. This area is an affluent area on 80th Street shame on you if you put people in those complexes that are not up to standard. Including the one on 13th Avenue. As you stated my email once you receive my comment needs to be deleted.
