Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 30-88 Crescent Street in Astoria, Queens. Located between 30th Drive and 31st Avenue, the lot is near the 30th Avenue subway station, served by the N and W trains. Daolin Hou of CCJ Capital LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 31,511 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 30 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,050 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse, a 30-foot-long rear yard, 12 open parking spaces, and two enclosed parking spaces.
Joon Ho Chai of James Chai Architect, P.C is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in May for the residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
