Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 197 Troutman Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Central and Wilson Avenues, the lot is closest to the Central Avenue subway station, served by the M train. Phillip Miller of PM Real Estate Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 11,394 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 712 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 15-foot-long side yard.
Yoel Rozenberg is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
