560 7th Avenue: Soho Properties has filed applications for a 29-story, 243-hotel-key mixed-use commercial building spanning 118,500 square feet at 560-564 7th Avenue, in Midtown. Stonehill & Taylor Architects is designing, and the existing six-story academic building was approved for demolition last year.
BRONX:
407 East 158th Street: Woodhill Development Corp. has filed applications for a 12-story, 46-unit residential building measuring nearly 34,100 square feet at 407 East 158th Street, in Melrose. Anthony Cucich is designing, and a dilapidated three-story townhouse must first be demolished.
BROOKLYN:
289 Wallabout Street: South Side Associates has filed applications for a six-story, nine-unit residential building measuring 8,330 square feet at the vacant lot of 289 Wallabout Street, in Broadway Triangle. Julien Flander is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2008.
338 Lincoln Road: Applications have been filed for two four-story, six-unit residential buildings — each measuring 4,150 square feet — at the lots 336-338 Lincoln Road, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Diego Aguilera is designing, and the existing two-story structure was recently approved for demolition.
QUEENS:
37-19 33rd Street: An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story, 46-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 32,700 square feet at the vacant lots of 37-11 – 37-19 33rd Street, in northern Long Island City. Anthony Morali is designing, and an existing block-through single-story structure must first be demolished.
230-20 57th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring 3,223 square feet at 230-20 57th Avenue, in southern Bayside. An existing 1.5-story home must first be demolished.
335 Beach 149th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family residence measuring 2,230 square feet at 335 Beach 149th Street, in Neponsit. An old two-story structure was demolished in 2014.
155-100 Bayview Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family home measuring nearly 1,800 square feet at 155-100 Bayview Avenue, east of JFK on the border with Woodmere in Nassau County. The existing two-story was approved for demolition in 2014.
119 East 7th Road: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family abode measuring 780 square feet at 119 East 7th Road, in Broad Channel. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
STATEN ISLAND:
330 Hylan Boulevard: Surfside Development Corp. has filed applications for two three-story, single-family residences — each measuring 1,500 square feet — at the vacant lots of 330-332 Hylan Boulevard, in Shore Acres. Tony Sayad Architect is designing.
