Revealed by YIMBY last October, Red Apple Group has succeeded in securing $155 million in loans for the 32-story, 440-unit mixed-use building planned for 86 Fleet Place in Downtown Brooklyn, per The Real Deal. The 395,000 square-foot tower will include 10,000 square feet of retail space, and ground breaking is likely now imminent.
